Much less program and doesn't do circles, painting and all sorts of fancy trick stuff. What it does is Open files, resize, adjust hue, contrast, and brightness. It has more than most of us will ever need for editing scanned images or chips. It ads text if you want to tag your images with ID.

My LView is a LE version. There are probably a dozen LE versions of different Photo Editors FREE if you look a little. HP gives them away (Corel) with the Holiday kits, most printers come with them, FREE. They work fine...

If anyone is thinking of buying some photoshop software, please look at you CDs in the drawers, you probably already own some.
