Apparently the Hamilton County, Ohio prosecutor is looking to go after Larry Flynt and his brother Jimmy for violating a 1999 agreement in which they would not sell explict material at a Hustler Store in Cincinnati Ohio. Larry Flynt is of course denying that he has any interest in the stores anymore.
Now under the rules of most jurisdictions with gambling if a licensee is convicted of a felony they are disqualified from holding a license. In a recent phone call to the California Gambling Control Board they told me that Mr. Flynt is the sole owner and proprietor of the Hustler Casino.
Now the question that stands is what does everyone think will happen to the Hustler Casino if Mr.Flynt is convicted.... Will he close it? Will it be sold and the name changed or will he just sell it and license the Hustler name to the new owner?
