Sadly I lost my father to alcholism. My mother returned home from a long hospital stay to find him dead. Although he frequently attended AA meetings and took Antabuse he just didn't have the willpower to stay off the juice. I have always had concerns about following in his footsteps but have never had a problem. I maintain that I enjoy drinking too much to abuse it. Thanks for the post.
