Michael- I agree this is ananalagous to a license to practice law. However, no state bar would be allowed to order a lawyer not to make porn films in his spare time, or represent the porn industry, or have a porn star in his yellow pages advertisement. Yet Gaming has told casinos they can't have non-offensive potos of porn stars on their chips. THey are not protecting any legitimate state interest there. They are censoring speech.
