I still don't see where you guys see this as commercial speech. In all of the commercial speech cases I recall reading (where it was given lesser protectin) we were talkign about advertising or solicitation of business. This is not a case of advertising, it is a case of a business expressing itself. I honeslty can't think of a commercial speech case with an analogous fact pattern.
