AM I the only one who thinks that Gaming's censorship of expression is a clear First Amendment violation? It seems fairly obvious that any casino who challenged them in court would win easily. I fully realize that in reality that would be political suicide in this state, and I have no illusion that it would ever occur. I'm just talking hypothetcially here.
Actually, I'd love to file a suit myself as a collector -- there might be standing there. Aaah, if only I had time to be a gadfly these days.
