1935H $1 Granahan-Dillon (my guess that it's a $1?) in Unc. listed around $5 in my outdated guide. So it's not rare, but it's worth more than most of the more common bills.
1923 what? The series makes a huge difference. Can I assume it's also a $1? $10-$20 but here's the catch...
Bank note collecting has seen a great increase in interest from collectors. Much of the same reason casino chips have grown. Not inflated values and prices, the blood-suckers haven't infested and tried to bleed the hobby. Because of that, prices have risin slightly, but the market is open and many items that were sitting in deopsit boxes, are surfacing.
Lots of good deals, and the market is open. Someone proposed slabbing and there was an uproar of negative response. (interesting how we learn from others past mistakes, like coins, stamps and sports cards?)
But bottom line, the bills you have asked about would be nice in your personal collection and aren't rare or valuable.
