Golden Steer also has excellent steak, but I believe it's pricier than the others. Also excellent is the steak at the Gold Coast that Travis mentioned. There's also Binion's but their prices have gone way up and the steaks are a bit smaller than they used to be. When we're in Vegas, out of 7 dinners, at least 4 (sometimes 5)of mine are Filet Mignon...
