I have a question regarding plagiarism. I recently listed and sold a CD that I spent quite a bit of time writing the description for the auction page. This particular auction ended on 6/16. Earlier this evening (6/18) I was browsing and ran across an identical CD for sale. This person not only used MY exact description of my CD to describe his CD, but he also is using MY PHOTO that I used for MY auction page!!! It is definitely my description and photo; you can tell by simply comparing the two auction pages. This person did not contact me to ask permission to use MY description or MY photo! What are my options here; do I have any recourse to get him to cease and desist using my description and photo? Or do I just have to "bite the bullet". It seems pretty doggone lazy to me to use someone else's description and picture. It also seems dishonest (misleading) to use MY picture to depict his item!!! I tried to find info on this subject in the "help" area but couldn't find anything.
