First check and see if he is a member of the ANA American Numismatic Association. If so you can file with them. If he is a member you should have your notes in the mail or a refund at once. He will not be able to do business if he is put out of the ANA. Just go to the ANA Web Site. or you can call them and find out if he is a member.
