I agree 100% with early morning chip runs. When I heard that Park Place had bought the Flamingo Hilton, I went there at 5:00 AM on our next trip to Vegas. After I tipped the first cage person for finding numbered Bugsy chip, there were suddenly 4 others going through racks looking. The other nice thing about early chip runs is that (for a toke) you can sometimes leave your car in front and not have to wait for them to retrieve it.
