It was deposited WITHOUT a signature. But if you are NOT cashing it banks often have no problem with depositing an unendorsed check.

As I posted in an earlier thread MY Bank doesn't ming paying an UNSIGNED check!

ANYWAY.... the money went SOMEWHERE! The guy should just admit he made a mistake and send my notes. After all to would be difficult for me to produce a fake check made out to him and sent to him and it be deposited... over an $18 purchase!
