I feel pretty much the same as you about chips. I don't gamble much and don't expect to win a bunch of chips, so I just buy them...

In Minnesota they decided to give up on emissions testing. (unlike Wisconsin where it gets worse every year) See, the folks in MN figured out that by the time a car was old enough to cause problems, it was rusted out from Winter and salt on the roads, so there aren't any old cars to bother testing.

Of course you know for sure that they have a sense of humor. They elected a WWF "rastlar" as Governor.

But always remember why Iowa doesn't have a professional football team... then Minnesota would want one. (rim shot)
