Redd used to play poker at the Holiday Center Strip when I dealt there in 1980-81. He played $1 & $2 - 7 card stud and $1,000 a race Keno all night long. Big tipper.
He once asked, "dealer, where you from?" I told him KY and from that day on, I was known as the "Red Neck" dealer. Redd was fun to deal to.
