Can any of you Las Vegas locals help with some info.

I'll be in Vegas from Sunday until the convention with my family. We have a 3-year old daughter who loves playing outside, so can anyone recommend places to take her as a family - parks and places of interest. Is there a petting zoo in Vegas (she loves animals) or places where kids run riot - in England we have a place called Go Bananas which is a big warehouse with everything inside that young children love - rides, toys, climbing areas etc!. Big parks where we can just run around and play ball will be great. We have lots of family with us, so I still get time for some chipping, but I still want to have fun as a family.

We're staying south end of the Strip (Monte Carlo) and will have a car, but I'm kinda looking for places easy to find and within 20 minutes driving if possible.
