Joe Watanabe spoke earlier of shenanigans involving Vegasds auctions.
This post specifically focuses on one of his favorite bidders, Nancy2347 (a Vegasds nom-de-plume??)
There is definitely something amiss.
1) Nancy won a Bugsy for $12.51 (No reserve). No number described but #2820 is shown on the scan

2) Nancy won a Bugsy for $20.00 ($20 reserve). #3203 is actual chip descibed by seller.

3) Nancy won a Bugsy for $22.50(No reserve). #2820 is actual chip descibed by seller.

4) Nancy is current high bidder on a Bugsy at $16.49(no reserve). #2072 is actual chip descibed by seller

5) Nancy is again bidding on Bugsy #3203. She is current high bidder at $9.99. Seller shows scan of #3202 and states that it is thje chip the winner will receive.

A couple of points can be drawn from the above:
a) Nancy likes Bugsy chips
b) Nancy likes only Bugsy chips sold by Vegasds. It should be noted that on the same day Nancy paid $20 for #3203 (the first time I should point out) another Bugsy auction ended with the winner only payong $11.50. Nancy forgot to bid on that one. Coincidentally Vegasds was not the seller.
c) Nancy is cornering the market on Bugsy chips with the serial number 3203
