You must be in your seat to play in the round you have been assigned. Otherwise, you would be disqualified.

I can say that all those who pre-registered will be in either the 12:00 or 1:00 initial rounds. (We still have a few 1:00 seats to fill, plus the 2:00 seats at this point.)

I would encourage each player to arrive a little before 12:00, so we can start promptly. At most, some will have to watch the first hour before playing. I will have the schedule with me at the Trop on Tuesday afternoon / Wednesday morning, so you can look me up in the convention area if you really need to know your start time.

In addition, if you know other members who would like to play, they can sign up by seeing me at the Trop, at Greg's Tuesday night dinner, or by coming directly to the Palms on Wednesday.
