I personally believe that the composition of the current ByLaws language provides adequate flexibility for the club officers to determine the proper punishment (if any) to fit the crime.

When the original ByLaws were drafted, Board Member and attorney Michael Knapp had a major influence and input on the language that was finally adopted.
