In addition, the internal probe found all three investigators were involved in a conflict of interest involving selling casino chips to collectors."

I don't see anything that gets close to detrimental to chip collecting or the club. It appears to be a job preformance issue, with a conflict of interest question.

IF there's more to the story, that opinion might change, but this doesn't look like anything negative.
