And who determines just what the appearance of wrongdoing is? The same ones that say "do as I say..." - at best, it's a vicious circle. I would think that before the Board of Directors makes a decision to expel someone from the Club it's made with a lot of consideration and not simply to adhere to a rule that seems broadly written and open to numerous conceptions.
