THE WORD "OFFENSE" IS THE PROBLEM (ARCHIE)

There are many "offenses" in the laws of the states and the federal enclaves that surely do not deserve expulsion from our club. Offenses can be petty (e.g., traffic infractions) or serious as in the case of felonies or misdemeanors. Archie, I understand when change can occur but I am responding only to the present language.
