If I were to go to a casino that offers Win Cards, do I go to the cage and ask for them? I know that the Excalibur, for instance, offers a deal--for $10 you can get $15 of Win Cards chips (a one-time per-person offer). Then I guess you use the chips at a table til they're gone. I'm not sure why they do this--can anybody educate me about this so I don't make a TOTAL fool of myself??? Thanks a million!!
