Well Jim, Here's another side of the story. We moved here from Michigan 10 years ago and have loved every minute of it. Haven't been back east yet and have no desire to go.
Traffic? yes, but where isn't there traffic now days? Spiders? Andy must have them all in Henderson. We are on west Flamingo and do not have any spiders, flies, mosquitos, or other small critters. No large ones either.
Heat? yes, but very low humidity. So we stay inside during the day and go out at night.
