I can't do it in the subject line. You're not supposed to be able to do it in the message area either. However it is possible to trick the program by inserting a meaningless format command somewhere inside the word.

Type Pussy Cat and you'll get the "Submssion Not Accepted!!" message.

Type P[/i]ussy Cat and you'll get Pussy Cat
