That was my first thought, but somehow the email comes from someone that knew I sent the first letter unsealed and without payment. He claims that this is to be mailed to his "Brother in law" in Romania but I am highly suspicious. I think he is trying to get out of the deal because I ended up buying a $150-$200 Book Value chip from him for only $36. I am really surprised that someone with a flawless feedback record would risk getting a negative. I will keep everyone posted on how this turns out, but for now buyers beware.
