Interesting error. Topaz Lodge, NV on the front and Casino De Genting, Kaula Lumpur, Pahang Malaysia on the obverse.
Per TCR Topaz Lodge had Large Key molds in 1970, but no brown ones. I have the same chip with De Genting on both sides.
