The fact that "COW" chips do not have to be placed on a table troubles me deeply. It is discriminatory towards the bovines of the world. They have a "right" to put their chips down wherever they want! Bring in the ACLU . Why do we only hear from lawyers on these issues. I want to hear from medical doctors on the public health issues surrounding this thread. Chuck T.
