You are correct about. If the problem is something which I believe was accidental or out of the sellers control the I would leave positive feedback if they refunded me without a hassle.

But if the problem was something which was the sellers fault and I would probably leave nuetral feedback if they refunded me without a hassle. Negative if the matter was particularly egregious.
