Sometimes even if you give them the money back the seller is not happy. As a seller you need to make the refund process very smooth for the seller. And the buyer has to be helpful as well so you can give him a refund. I will always give someone there money back when they purchase from me but every once in a while I still get a negative feeback. I hate getting negative feedback because I always give the seller back there money if they are not happy with a purchase. Also a buyer has an advantage over the seller. He can tell the seller give me my money back or I will give you a well deserved negative. This is my take on this issue. Thanx to all who have made a contribution here.
