Here's a very old matchcover I found last week. It's from the 30's or 40's as it still has the address of the Smoke Shop that J.K. Houssels bought when he opened the place. The Club moved across the street to No. 18 in 1951 I believe.

Cover is black with gold print. Inside is blank, as are most of the early covers.
