When all is said and done what is the reason that Puerto Rican Chips have been devalued so much?

1. When did the slide start?
2. Will their value ever come back?
3. Is it quantity?
4. Is it who cares about Casinos in Puerto Rico?
5. Is it an anti Puerto Rican thing?
6. Is it so much interest in Vegas, Atlantic City, States, Indian Casinos that the interest has evaporated?
7. Are any Puerto Rican Casinos maintaining their value?
8. Is it.....?

Anybody with ideas on the above, I'd love to know the answers!
