The way I look at it the seller has to perform the right way or he is going to get negitive feeback.

When I sell items on ebay I will even lose money to avoid a negative feedback. The feedback is what makes buyers buy on ebay. Well at least is a strong statement about the buyer.

Recently I sold someone something and he was not happy with it. He returned it got a refund and still left me negative feeback.

He said in his feedback something along the lines that "YES HE WILL REFUND BUT PAYS BY WESTERN UNION MO HARD TO CASH".

So of course I was upset and I left him one as well. I felt I had the right to leave him negative feedback because I felt he was being unreasonable.

That's the way I see it. This really is a HOT SUBJECT I can see.
