Once again .... under no circumstances will I { as a buyer } leave positive feedback first.

If I { the buyer } receive the item and it is not as described ... and ... I have tried to remedy the situation { with the seller } with no luck I won't hesitate to NEG them.

One again. The bank isn't going to wait until your loan is paid off before they let other creditors know your record.
