Recently I have made a lot of eBay purchases.
As you two, I feel it to be proper for the seller to make feedback at the time of 'cleared' payment. And, the buyer make his at receipt.
I get a little annoyed when I buy from a dealer with a high number of feedbacks and don't get a feedback although I always leave one.
Then I take a deep breath and marvel at the fact that "adults" get so wrapped up in such a detail. It's not like the quote from the movie All the Presidents Men goes, "The only thing riding on this is the 1st Amendment..."
