Those chips you have described are from roulette tables which are located at Claridge ... which is now owned by Bally's Park Place. There are three roulette tables at Claridge. #23, 24, 25. In additon to roulette tables at Bally's Park Place ... there are also roulette tables with similar chips but different numbers at Bally's Wild Wild West. All three properties use Park Place chips.
