This is a NV chip made for the grand opening. There was a pre-grand opening sold on the hard rock website for $8.00 - you've seen others in the series. This one was sold at the casino gift shop.
The London casino did the same thing with the pre-grand opening, then the grand opening NV at the casino gift shop. Both casinos did a Christmas NV chip as well.
