It's OK, in fact pretty nice. It is an advertising dual purpose gambling piece. Used as an ashtray and also (hopefully with no ashes in it) as an entertaining gambling spinner among friends to see who pays for a round of drinks, for example. Note the indentation in the center - a point so the thing will spin well..... ...... Also, as it says on it, the tavern gave it out for free -- a complimentary advertisement.. Can't beat that price.
