On Memorial Day, many of us reflect on those we've known in the military services who are no longer with us. This is especially true this year, with the recent war in Iraq and September 11th, 2001 still fresh in our minds.

Early in 2002, the Opera House Casino in North Las Vegas issued a set of three no cash value chips. They are pictured below. Only 150 of each chip were made. Each set was numbered and packaged in a very attractive presentation box.
Set #001 was sent to President Bush by Nate Pincus, CC>CC president.

To date, $8,606 has been raised for charity. Although this is an impressive figure, it is still well below our goal of $14,000. No one involved in this project has profited from their involvement.
