Doesn't look like there is much that I can do. I did ask eBay to investigate, but I don't think there is much chance that anything will happen. The seller is a real stinker. Won't even answer the phone. I know the email address is OK because the emails don't bounce back. I guess I'll just to add this to the dead letter file and grin and bare it.
