Charles, e-bay is just to big. and only canned responses. It drives me crazy, and you feel helpless. I also have had a run of bad experiences with sellers and buyers with low feedback numbers. I know everyone must start sometime, but had 4-5 sour deals with these 1-5 feedbacks. I now don't want to deal with them!
