The more I hear about the way ebay operates, the less I want to do business through them. ebay remains aloof on disputes such as yours. They are nearly impossible to talk to. They do not have a process in place to effectively deal with fraud. And worst of all they do not give a damn as long as the money rolls in. Has anyone ever filed a complaint against them with the Attorney General in Calif or the Better Business Bureau?? I like the suggestion that another member put forward, Boycott them and let them know why. If we do nothing then we have no one to blame but ourselves.
