If you don't send chips to Jay, because he entered after the original deadline (but before the officially "extended" deadline) the following could also occur:

Harry Sauer could decide not to send his chips to Andy, because the original deadline passed before he (Harry) posted his picks.

Rick Miner could decide not to send his chips to Andy, because the original deadline passed before he (Rick) posted his picks.

Fred Lamb could decide not to send his chips to Andy because his picks were not posted to the original thread. (The original thread said that "only" responses to "THIS" thread would count).

Now if those three don't send their chips to Andy, because they didn't qualify to enter the contest (according to the originally posted rules), then Andy collects $35 in chips, instead of $65. Andy is making a donation to the building fund for the value of the chips he receives.

Sooooooooooo....if you don't send your 2 chips to Jay, it costs the building fund $30!

If, by chance, you weren't kidding ....it sounds like sour grapes! Swallow the sour grapes, send your chips to Jay, and protest by not entering future contests that Andy runs.
