The Land deals fell through with 2 of the 3 Casinos, the MGM is the only one that will be building at a different location with the other 2 adding on to there Temp casinos as far as the 2005 deadline with the money that the casinos putting into the Detroit TAX funds I am sure the deadline will NOT be a PROBLEM. After all Money talks.
