Do you nominate the items you don't collect?

Up 'til 2 years ago I didn't pay enough attention to the new stuff to know what was issued! Two years ago I found the chipboard, saw and read about new releases....still didn't pay a LOT of attention, but Jim Follis set up the OTY site which made it easy to know what's eligible. So, for the last 2 years I've nominated chips, and voted in every category.

My point was only that someone who doesn't collect any of the categories might not care enough to nominate and vote. The members of the chapters that I mentioned should be the collectors who care the most, IMHO.
