When you have as few chips as I do, it's too easy to spend all your money on chips you don't have rather than buying duplicates of ones you already have.

A lot of my chapter members are nice enough to let me buy them for face from them, so it's hard to justify buying duplicates when I can just buy ones I don't already have for the same price.
