They did not need to bid on the 2nd auction as Josh has the chip on his Web site for $39.99. Those that wanted it no doubt found that out & bought the chip from him.

What I find strange is that the high bidder in the 1st auction won it at $513 even though it says VERY clearly in the auction description:
