Gene, As best as I can recall a member of the club who was also a pit boss on one of the day cruise boats that sailed from Palm Beach, went to Cancun to open up this casino after the boat in West Palm sailed of into the sunset. I remember him telling me that chips had been ordered & the boat was ready to sail. I have no further info other than I think the guy was single & from Colorado.
