Allan is a friend of mine, but we have gone around on this many times. I believe that any chip that is a LIVE chip & can be cashed in at the cage is NOT a "Souvenir" chip. Any live chips listed as "Souvenir" chips should be changed in TCR 10. Andy - Las Vegas
