Though KISS and Ozzy have never been my personal favorites I can see the marketing idea to people and collectors my age. These bands were hot 15 years ago. If you've been to the Palms you'll notice a young crowd. See MTV's Real World, which has really helped the casino appeal to a younger crowd. I have to admit that the chips are nice and maybe they are attempting to attain the same high quality chips Hard Rock puts out. It only makes sense to try and beat out the best.
