Ted,
Click on the "File Upload" link at the top of the page. Fill in your name and email address then click the browse button. A window will open in your computer so you can select your scan file. Then click submit and wait to the upload to complete. A message will come back saying ewhether the upload was successful and give you a URL. Highlight that URL and paste it into the optional image URL box when you post another message on the Chipboard. Be sure to delete the http:// that is already entered in the optional image URL box before pasting your image URL.
